Digital media rights

In class today we watched a very entertaining video about internet copyright rules. One of the rules I will list to share with you guys about online rules is. When you draw a picture online you can make an exact copy. Also send it to people and make an exact copy they also have the ability to Change the picture. So that if you were to share this picture you would allow someone else to share it with others. Also another rule Fair use is what someone else created and you changed it the law grants you full copyright. This means unless you say otherwise no one can share your work or make changes to it.

If you would like to share your work you can have CC rights CC is a content licenses that states the freedoms and limitations to your work. Creative Commons offers six different licenses all Creative Commons licenses to give credit to the work it came from. The symbol with $ and a cross through it means that no one can make money on that work with out your permission.
The = sign means that they can can change your work in any way and and take away prices of your work. The c with the arrow circle means that they can use your work and can change your work but they cannot makes money off it.

Memory Definition

Memories are little story’s, moments, and pieces of your life that are worth remembering. Memories do not have to be pleasant they can be sad, lovely, up-lifting, and even depressing.  They are not always about you, they can be about anyone really. Memories can sometimes be like a dream and kind of foggy not at all vivid. They are also a nice thing to have to remember things about your life that you will miss when your grow old. But the best thing about memories is before you die for seven minutes the human brain plays back some of the persons best memories in dream sequence. Memories are not just a moment if your life that you should remember. But memories are something that should provoke you to enjoy the little memorable moments that it bring. Therefore not to live in the past or the future but to live in the now.

How To Swim

Swimming is really quite simple its all about floating, of course unless you want to be a racer. But I am going to teach you how to keep yourself comfortable in the water. The first thing is practice kicking your legs. Try floating on your back or holding on to the side of the pool, you can practice kicking these places. See how far each kick can push you practice kicking for the first time using a kick board to keep afloat. This allows you to focus on your kicking technique without worrying about keeping your head above drowning.

Use your arms to come up from the bottom. If you’re below water and would like to come up, use your arms to push yourself forward. Put them straight up above your head, and quickly bring them down to your sides. This should push you up a few feet. Repeat until you break the surface of the water. Dives is a fun way to get into the water and start a stroke. Also it shows that you are a better and have been swimming then u actually have. Start with a basic dive, and move on to more complicated swan dive, back dive, and rolling dive.

Try a freestyle, Floating on your stomach start to kick with your legs and use your arms to move forward. Bring one arm out of the water so that it’s reaching forward, then bring it back down and use your cupped hand to move the water behind you. Make sure that you are switching your arms. To breathe, turn your head to one side under the arm that’s currently reaching forward lift to arm enough for you to take a breath. Take a breath under the same arm each time, so that you’re breathing once every three strokes but of that is not enough air for you than you may breathe every other stroke.

Catalina Kayaking Trip

One of my many favorite memories from our class trip to Catalina island was when we were kayaking. To be more descriptive of what happened to make this memory so special was when we were almost done kayaking there were these challenges. The challenges did not seem that challenging when the instructor told us what we had to do in order to complete them. was that we had to:
Stand-up one at a time.
Then to both stand-up.
Then you had to both paddle standing up.
The you had to switch places.
And then if you already have not fallen in you had to jump in.

Once me and Savanah (my kayaking partner) had stood up witch was very difficult. Also while was were trying to stand up a lot of boat wakes and waves were hit our kayak sideways. When we began challenge the we started to get the hang of it are kayak hit a huge wake and me and Savanah fell in our kayak flipped over on our way down. Also to make things worse savannah has a tremendous fear of whales for some odd reason. While we were trying to flip it back up Savannah was freaking out, I could not stop laughing. Once the Kayak had flipped back over we both tried to get back in on the same side, witch was a mistake. Savannah swam to the other side and soon after we both got back in. Therefore the reason that was one of my favorite moments that made this trip so special.

Leadership Poem

Leadership is not just an idea or feeling, it is the way you show your

emotions on a certain topic and guide others in the direction you believe is

right. Leadership is like an Alfa of a wolf pack because they are the leader of

their group, but they are not just a leader for the group they have leadership

wisdom and does not have the fear to stand up for what is right.
